I'm locked out. How do I request a new password?

If you're locked out of your account, send an email to help@techallies.org.

CTA will send a new welcome email similar to the one you initially received for PAD with a new temporary password to access your account. The temporary password is available for 7 days from when the email was sent; please make sure to create a new password before then.
