If you've granted access to CTA to sync your Facebook Ads Insights or Pages insights, you may need to modify that grant. You can modify the permissions granted to CTA, or remove the access entirely, by following the instructions below.
- Go to to the Facebook Business Integrations Settings page, Facebook > Settings (upper right-hand corner) > Security and login > Business Integrations
- Locate "CTA Marketing Data Sync"
Remove and Reauthorize CTA
In PAD, navigate to the Connections page, and then click on "Edit Connection" next to Facebook.
On the next page, click on "Disconnect Facebook" in the top right.
Then, visit Facebook Business Integrations and remove the CTA Marketing Syncs app:
Once you've removed the application, visit the PAD UI again and re-connect your Facebook account.
Modify and Edit Permissions
On the Business Integration page, click on "View and edit" next to the CTA Facebook Marketing Data sync app. Then, add in your new Facebook page and/or Ads account that you'd like to grant access to.
Return to PAD UI, and under Facebook, click on "Continue with Facebook." Your new authorizations should appear on the page.
Removing Access
On the Business Integration page, click on "Remove." You can always re-authorize CTA by visiting PAD UI and clicking on "Continue with Facebook" and choosing the Pages and/or Ads accounts you'd like to sync data for.
