Partners using Google Cloud Storage can grant PAD and external Google accounts the ability to access a bucket. Here are the instructions for how to do so:
  1. Navigate to Google Cloud Storage and select the bucket(s) whose permissions you want to edit.

  2. At the top, a menu will appear. Click Permissions.

  4. Input the email of the person you are adding in the New Principals field.

  5. For roles and permission, you have a few different options:
    1. Storage Object Viewer: Grants access to view objects and their metadata, excluding ACLs. Can also list the objects in a bucket.

    2. Storage Object Creator: Allows users to create objects. Does not give permission to view, delete, or replace objects.

    3. Storage Object User: Access to create, read, update and delete objects and multipart uploads in GCS.

  6. Once you have assigned the permissions, click Save.
